RULES, CONTEST INFORMATION, and DISCLAIMERS:
1. A single winner’s name will be drawn on the scheduled date(s) listed. The winner’s name will be posted on our website on the day of the drawing, and will be notified by telephone. Two (2) names will be drawn. The first name drawn will be the “primary” winner of the raffle. The second name drawn will be that of an “alternate”. Prizes not claimed within thirty (30) days by the primary winner selected will be awarded to the alternate winner selected. The alternate’s name will not be revealed unless the need arises to post such as a raffle drawing winner “by default”, due to an unclaimed prize by the primary winner drawn from the scheduled date listed above. The alternate winner will then have fifteen (15) days to claim his/her prize.
In the event that neither the primary, or alternate, winner claims their prize(s) within the aforementioned time frame(s) listed herein, the unclaimed prize will return as property of the contest host, the Palm Beach Mariners, and will be used at their sole discretion.
2. Players, coaches, and team staff associated with the Palm Beach Mariners are NOT eligible to enter any of the raffle contests listed herein that are operated by the Palm Beach Mariners Football Club. Friends and family of players, coaches and team staff associated with the Palm Beach Mariners are permitted to enter any of the raffle contest(s) listed above.
3. All gift cards are to be used in accordance with the established rules, guidelines, and policies as set forth by the store and/or gift card company assigned.
4. The Palm Beach Mariners do not endorse, support or have any direct association with any of the stores or companies whose gift card(s) are being raffled-off.
5. Contest winners should purchase items with each gift card at their own peril, and of their own free will and good judgement. The Palm Beach Mariners are not responsible for any defective, damaged, expired, or unsatisfactory products and/or services related to any purchase with the gift card(s) issued to contest winners.
6. The Palm Beach Mariners reserve the right to end and/or terminate any of the raffle contest(s) scheduled above for any reason without prior notification. No raffle contest shall be terminated while it is
”in-progress”.
7. The Palm Beach Mariners reserve the right to substitute a raffle prize of equal, or greater value, than what is posted above.
8. Raffle tickets can be purchased from any player, coach, or team staff member during the date(s) listed above.
9. All gift card prizes can be obtained by calling (561) 846-9690, Monday thru Saturday, 9AM – 6PM.
10. All raffle winners will be required to present a valid photo ID in the way of any of the following: driver license, or ID card, issued by any state in the USA, U.S. Passport or U.S. Military ID.
